If you have a concerns about a parking ticket that you received, you are able talk to the officer that gave you the ticket within 48 hours of the issuance of the ticket.
It is up to the officer’s discretion whether or not he will discuss your ticket depending on the offense.

You MUST be here in person to discuss your concern. Officers do not take phone calls about parking tickets.
After 20 days of the issued date you will receive a citation in the mail from the Magistrate’s office. You can request a hearing at that point and plead your case with the judge.
